How to Get to the Department of
Atmospheric and Oceanic Science by Metro

Take the Green Line to station
"College Park/Univ. of Maryland"

From the College Park Metro station
take the free University shuttle bus leaving from the
EAST side of Metro station (main exit). The bus runs Monday
to Friday from 6:54am to 7:54pm about every 15 mins. when the University is open
(regardless of whether classes are in session). Weekend service is provided
during the academic year only, see the schedule for more details.
You can also walk to campus from the Metro station (about 1 mile, 30 minutes): Take the underpass to the WEST side of the Metro station
and walk west on College Ave.,

Following College Ave. (which becomes Regents Dr. after crossing Route 1)
will take you the traffic circle with the big "M". Continue straight on
Regents Drive, then take the second left onto Stadium Drive.
The CCS building is
on the righthandside near the top of the hill.
